Nepal Bangladesh Capital in the share registrar of Terhathum Power
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 20 – Nepal Bangladesh Capital Limited has been selected as the share registrar of Terhathum Power Company Limited. In which a bilateral agreement has been signed between Nepal Bangladesh Capital and Terhathum Power Company Limited.
The agreement has been signed by Managing Director Mohan Kumar Dangi on behalf of Terhathum Power Company Limited and Deputy General Manager Ram Kumar Mahat on behalf of Nepal Bangladesh Capital Limited.
At present, the paid-up capital of Terhathum Power Company Limited has reached Rs. 400 million after the completion of the primary share issue.
Out of the paid-up capital of Rs. 400 million, 70 per cent or Rs. 280 million has been raised from the founders and the remaining 30 per cent or Rs. 120 million has been raised by the general public (including the locals of the project affected areas).
