Meeting of the HoR today, such is the possible agenda
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 20 – The meeting of the HoR, which is usually held in the afternoon, is being held this morning. According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting of the HoR is scheduled to be held at 11 am today.
Secretary General of the Secretariat Bharatraj Gautam has informed that there are six agendas for the meeting of the HoR to be held on Monday. According to him, the appropriation bill will be discussed in the meeting. Finance Minister Janardan Sharma will present four bills through management.
Minister Sharma will table a proposal to consider the Appropriation Bill, the Finance Bill and the National Debt Raising Bill, and to set a date for clause-by-clause discussion on the Finance Bill. In the meeting, Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota will present the expenditure reduction proposals submitted by MP Prem Suwal on various titles of various ministries, offices and secretariats under the Appropriation Bill, 2078 BS.
Similarly, MP Prem Suwal is scheduled to submit expenditure reduction proposals to reduce the expenditure on various ministries, offices and secretariats under the Appropriation Bill. Dr. Gautam, General Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, said that the concerned ministers have a schedule to answer the questions raised during the discussion on various titles of various ministries, offices and secretariats under the Appropriation Bill, 2078 BS.
