Cartoonist Rabin Sayami also rejects the medal
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 19 – Cartoonist Rabin Sayami has announced that he will not take the medal announced by the government on the occasion of Constitution Day.
He said that the democratic government has decided not to accept the medal as it has not been able to get rid of the ‘Gorkha Dakshin Bahu’ trend.
