Extended service of Nepal-Bangladesh Bank in Makwanpur

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 17 – Nepal-Bangladesh Bank has inaugurated its 10th expanded service centre in the hands of Hetauda Cement Industries Limited, located in Ward No. 9 of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitian, Makwanpur District. The service centre was formally inaugurated by Ward Chairman of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 9 Laxman Prasad Bhandari.

The bank has stated that the expanded service opened in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan has provided a free banking facility to Hetauda Cement Industry Limited and has brought the service centre into operation with the objective of supporting the policy of the Government of Nepal to open one bank account for every Nepali.

Remittances from abroad will be directly deposited in the bank account through this extended service, no need to travel far for check clearing and business transactions, easy access to all services including social security through the banking system of the Government of Nepal, facilitation of teachers and staff. The bank has informed that the services are easily available.
