Prabhu Capital is the sales manager of Bikas Hydropower

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 17 – Bikas Hydropower has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the share issue and sale manager for the initial public offering. An appointment agreement has been signed.

The agreement has been signed by Managing Director Krishna Prasad Ghimire on behalf of Bikas Hydropower and Managing Director Dinesh Thakali on behalf of Prabhu Capital Limited.

The company is going to issue 13 lakh 88 thousand 500 shares equal to 138.85 million shares, which is 30 per cent of the authorized and issued capital of 462.85 million.

The company is constructing Upper Machha Khola Small Hydropower Project at Machha Khola in Darche village Municipality of Gorkha district. The company, which has constructed a 4.55 MW capacity project, has so far completed 50 per cent of the construction work.
