NEPSE index declined by 76 points

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 16 – The stock market (NEPSE Index) has declined by 76.65 points on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

By the close of trading on Thursday, the NEPSE index had fallen 2.65 per cent to 2,812.38 points. The Sensitive Index declined by 12.73 points to 525.78.

Of the 13 subgroups traded on the day, all subgroup indices declined.

Similarly, 1,64,68,508 shares of 229 companies worth Rs 9 billion 33.9 million have been bought and sold.

The share price of Manakamana Smart Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has risen by 10 per cent on this day.
