Meeting between the President and the UML Chairman

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 16 – CPN (UML) Chairperson and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has meet President Bidhya Devi Bhandari. According to a source, Oli entered Shital Niwas at 8 pm on Wednesday and spent two hours there.

“They discussed current political issues,” the source said. “We don’t know about that.” Oli had left Shital Niwas at 10 pm.

After stepping down from the post on July 12, Oli had met the President on July 23. This is the second time Oli has met last night.

Lately, Oli has been holding political consultations with the President. Oli has been holding party-centric consultations with Bhandari, who became the president from the UML quota.
