We might have to descend on streets for constitutional amendment: Prachanda

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 15 – Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that we might have to descend on streets to amend the constitution. Stating that he wanted to move forward by reaching an agreement between the political parties, Chairman Prachanda said, “But if necessary, we might have to descend on streets.”

Addressing the 7th Memorial Day of Post Bahadur Bogati from Parisdanda today, Chairman Prachanda said that they had different views while drafting the constitution.
