After the budget, the share market jumped by 71 points

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 12 – On Sunday, the first day of the week, the share market (NEPSE) has risen.

On the same day, the NEPSE index increased by 71.43 points and reached 2947 points. The share market has improved after the introduction of the budget replacement bill.

Shares of 231 companies worth Rs 9.44 billion were traded on the day. Share prices of seven hydropower companies and 10 others rose 10 per cent on the day.

On this day, all the group indices except collective investment funds have risen.
