How many choosen S and LOSAPA?
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 12 – The Election Commission (EC) has recognized the Communist Party of Nepal (S) led by Madhav Kumar Nepal and the Democratic Socialist Party (LOSAPA) led by Mahanta Thakur.
According to the commission, there are 54 MPs electing S. Of them, 10 have been elected from State 1, 13 from State 2, 13 from Bagmati State, 1 from Lumbini State, 3 from Karnali State and 14 from Far Western State.
Similarly, 17 LOSAPA MPs have ruled. Among them, 16 MPs from State 2 and one MP from Far Western State have identified in favour of LOSAPA. The commission has stated that the State Assembly and the party have been informed by recognizing their identities.
Similarly, the process of providing information about the identification done by the local level representatives has been started. It has been said that information about local-level officials will be provided in a few days.
