The proposal that has not been tabled in the parliament has been rejected

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 10 – Agni Prasad Sapkota, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Prem Suwal, Member of the Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party (NMKP) have been questioning each other.

Speaker Sapkota had given time to MP Suwal to speak from his seat while proposing to reject the financial ordinance. In the process, questions and answers were exchanged between the Speaker and Suwal.

Suwal said he had not submitted his proposal and objected to the process of rejecting it. However, Speaker Sapkota said that Suwal did not want to withdraw the motion.

Speaker Sapkota then declared the proposal rejected by a majority. Speaker Sukota did not stop even though Suwal raised his hand and objected. After giving time to speak from the spot, the speaker informed the parliament that the proposal was rejected.
