Singer Raju Chaudhary passes away
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 10 – Raju Chaudhary, a singer of Radium Band in Jhapa, has died due to blood cancer.
Vocalist of ‘The Shadows Nepal’ Swapnil Sharma informed that he passed away on Friday. Swapnil was also leading a campaign to raise funds for Raju’s treatment. Currently, Swapnil has requested to stop financial support.
According to Swapnil, his blood pressure was extremely low on Thursday night and he was being treated on a ventilator after he had difficulty breathing. The medicine did not work because of a severe infection in the blood.
Raju was rushed to BLK-Max Hospital in Delhi, India for further treatment 10 days ago.
