Demonstration against MCC by ‘Hundred Group’ [Photos]

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 8 – Members of the ‘Hundred Group’, which came to prominence by feeding free food to the helpless in an open forum in Kathmandu during the lockdown caused by the coronavirus epidemic, today staged a protest against the MCC in the name of ‘patriotic youth’.

Protesters have been marching towards the Parliament House, New Baneshwor, chanting anti-MCS and anti-government slogans.

Earlier, the Patriotic People’s Democratic Front, CPN-United, CPN-Ekta Kendra, Nepali for Nepal and other parties had staged a protest rally from Maitighar to New Baneshwor.
