Sankhuwasabha Massacre: Police have come close to the culprit on the basis of ‘clue’
BIRATNAGAR: SEPT. 8 – Police said that they have come close to the culprit in the investigation of the murder in Madi of Sankhuwasabha. A police source said that they came close to the culprit as some clues were found from the investigation.
On Tuesday, a police team, including forensics, collected evidence from the scene. According to the police, the culprit did not intend to loot as there was no use of looting or looting of any items inside the house. “7 tolas of gold and 471,000 rupees in cash have been found in the house,” the source said.
The body has been collected and sent to BP Memorial Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan for a postmortem on Tuesday night. Details will come after the postmortem, according to the State Police Office, Biratnagar. A CIB team has reached the spot on Tuesday evening to investigate the incident.
Six people were killed on Monday in Madi Municipality-1, Kholagaun. The bodies of Boudhaman’s wife, son Tej Bahadur and daughter-in-law Kamala were found outside the house on Monday morning. Tej Bahadur’s daughter-in-law Ranjana, 10-year-old grandson Deepak and 5-year-old granddaughter Goma were also killed.
