JANAKPURDHAM: SEPT. 7 – The Janakpur High Court has issued an interim order restraining the salary facility, saying that the appointments made in the Madhes Health Science Academy are against the rules. The Janakpur High Court has issued an interim order restraining work, salary and facilities, stating that no appointment has been made as per the Act of the Foundation.

The State 2 Government had established the Madhes Health Science Academy with the objective of improving the health sector in the state. In that establishment, the state government has appointed Dr Ramkewal Sah, Head of Education Dr Ankur Sah and the Registrar. Binod Kumar Yadav was appointed. Devananda Jha had filed a case against Chief Minister of State 2 Lal Babu Raut in the Janakpur High Court alleging that the appointment of the three was not in line with the rules.

The court has ruled that the appointments made without making regulations and procedures as per Act 44 of the Madhes Health Science Academy are not in accordance with the law. The court has issued an interim order not to implement the appointments, work and salary facilities until the immediate regulations and procedures are made. All three office bearers were appointed by the state government on January 31, 2021.
