Three student organizations of the ruling coalition are against the MCC

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 7 – Three student organizations of the ruling coalition are opposed to the US Assistance Project (MCC). The UCPN-M is opposed to the Akhil Krantikari near the Center, the CPN (Unified Socialist Party) to the ANNFSU and the Janamorcha to the All-Sixth MCC.

They issued a joint statement warning to retaliate strongly against any attempt to forcibly pass the MCC. ‘The MCC project, aimed at fulfilling US imperialist objectives, will undermine the country’s sovereignty and disintegrate non-aligned foreign policy. “We would like to warn against pushing the MCC project forward in a forceful manner and to retaliate strongly and move the struggle forward,” the statement said.

It has been strongly demanded in the press release to repeal all the anti-national provisions in the MCC. Warning against forcibly advancing the MCC project, the student body has made it clear that they will retaliate strongly and move the struggle forward if it is carried out in such a manner.
