NEPSE falls by 108 points, transaction over 11 billion

KATHMANDU: SEPT. 5 – Share market index NEPSE fell sharply on Sunday.

On this day, the index decreased by 108.26 points and reached 2818.72 points. In the first two hours of trading, the market fell 5.03 per cent (more than 147 points) to close at 40 minutes.

After the resumption of trading at 1:39:55 p.m, the index has increased by 39 points and decreased by 108.26 points.

A total of 23 million 79 thousand 8 hundred 32 lots of shares were traded on this day for a total of 11 billion 243 million 91 thousand 45 rupees.

Even in such a large market, the share price of Sanima Life Insurance Company has risen by 9.97 per cent to 373.80 points.
