NEPSE decreased by 147 points in 2 hours of trading
KATHMANDU: SEPT. 5 – The share market NEPSE index has declined by 147 points in the first two hours of trading on Sunday.
All but two of the company’s indicators are red.
Trading was halted due to a circuit breaker from 1 to 40 minutes after the market fell 5.03 per cent on the same day.
With only 1: 5 seconds left, the index has dropped to 2779 points.
Even the sensitive index has dropped by 26 points to 514 points.
As of this period, 14.7 million shares have been traded at Rs. 7.19 billion.
The group index of the largest life insurance companies has declined by 725 points.
The market is on a downward trend as older investors continue to book market profits.
Similarly, the number of transactions has increased as new investors are attracted to the declining market.
