The Bigg Boss 13 winner was rushed to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital, where doctors declared that he died of a massive heart attack. Celebrities mourned the loss of the television star with emotional tributes on social media. Sidharth’s post-mortem started at 3.45 pm, with two cops from Mumbai police present as witnesses. It is likely that the actor’s final rites will be performed tomorrow morning or in the afternoon, as per the latest information from the police.

Sidharth Shukla died of a heart attack on September 2. Police sources have confirmed the timeline of events leading up to his death.
On September 1, a day before his death, Sidharth Shukla left his in the afternoon for a work commitment. He had a meeting scheduled.
8 pm: The actor returned to his home. Sidharth’s sister stays in the same building.
10 pm: He went jogging in his building compound. After coming home, he had some food and went to sleep. He was not feeling well at that time too. His mother, Rita Shukla, gave him water.
Siddharth was very particular about his exercise and meditation. He would work out for 3 hours every day. Sources revealed that doctors had asked the actor to go slow on his exercises.
3 to 3.30 am: Sidharth Shukla got up and was feeling very much uneasy. He informed his mother about uneasiness and chest pain. Sidharth’s mother gave him some water and made him sleep.
However, in the morning, Sidharth did not get up. His mother tried to wake him up but he did not respond. His mother called sister and sister, who then called the doctor. The doctor arrived and declared his death and asked his family to take his body to the hospital immediately.
9.40 am: Sidharth Shukla was brought in an ambulance to Cooper Hospital. His sister, brother-in-law, cousin brother and three friends were present there.
Sources revealed that at the time of taking Sidharth to the hospital on Thursday morning, Shehnaz Gill was also present.
10.15 am: Doctors at Cooper Hospital declared his death. Sidharth’s body was examined externally at the casualty ward thrice. No external injury or foul play was found.
3.45 pm: Sidharth Shukla’s post-mortem started. It is being recorded on video and two cops from Mumbai police are there as witnesses. A team of doctors are conducting the post mortem. As the case is sensitive and there can be no chances of error, especially after the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, cops and doctors are conducting double to triple checks.
Sidharth Shukla’s body is likely to be taken to his residence in Mumbai’s Oshiwara around 7 pm. The police has said that the actor’s final rites not most likely take place tomorrow morning or in the afternoon.

For now, Sidharth Shukla’s family has not raised any doubts. However, once the post mortem is done and the actor’s body is handed over, his final rites will be done. The police will then start taking down statements of family members.
