Board has also made public the schedule of the examination. The Class 12 examination, which had been postponed twice earlier due to the infection of COVID-19, was postponed saying that the epidemic of COVID-19 was not under control.
With one week to go before the exam, the Class 12 exam, which was scheduled to be conducted from August 15 to 25 was postponed.
The board has determined 4,310 examination centers for 372,348 candidates in class 12 and will conduct the examinations safely at the home center. Earlier, the board had planned to conduct the examination with only 25 students in a class, maintaining the physical distance so that the examination would be conducted in 100 integers this time.
The board has urged the candidates to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The board had taken the exam last year by reducing the exam time and mark load. The board had taken the exam only for a 40 per cent assessment.
The remaining 40 per cent of the assessment was based on the results of class 11 and 20 per cent was based on the internal assessment.
