Nepal reports 2,295 new cases, 16 deaths in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 30 – On Monday, coronavirus infection was confirmed in 2,295 people across the country.

In the last 24 hours, PCR and antigen tests of 16,233 people in laboratories across the country have confirmed the infection in 2,295 people, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

According to the ministry, PCR tests of 11,892 people and antigen tests of 1,902 4,341 people confirmed the infection in 393 people.

In the same period, 1,808 infected people have been discharged.

In the last 24 hours, 16 infected people have died.
