Welcoming Khanal, Nepal said, “UML has gone to the right.”

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 30 – Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that his former party UML has shifted to the right-wing.

Welcoming senior UCPN-M leader Jhala Nath Khanal at Tribhuvan International Airport on Monday, Chairman Nepal said so. “The UML swept into the right-wing,” said Chairman Nepal. “After that, we were forced to take a new path.”

Similarly, Chairman Nepal wished Khanal a speedy recovery. Khanal had undergone a kidney transplant at the Apollo Hospital in Delhi, India on May 16.
