The possibility of heavy rains in these areas, urged to remain vigilant

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 30 – Currently, light to moderate rains are falling in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Far Western Region.

According to the Weather Forecast Division, it is raining in Nepal due to the influence of monsoon winds.

In the afternoon, there is a possibility of rain in most parts of the country. There is a possibility of thunder, thunder and heavy rain in Lumbini, Bagmati, Gandaki and a few places in the Far Western Region. There is a possibility of moderate rain in some places at night with normal cloud cover.

Vigilance has been requested in the rain-hit areas as there is a risk of erosion, landslides, drift and rising water levels in rivers and streams.
