Madhav Kumar Nepal selected as the Unified Socialist Parliamentary Party Leader

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 29 – Madhav Kumar Nepal has been elected as the leader of the parliamentary party of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist). Nepal, who is also the chairperson of the parliamentary party of the Unified Socialists formed after the split of the UML, has been elected.

A meeting of the party’s parliamentary party held on Saturday (today) unanimously elected Nepal as the party’s leader. A similar meeting has also selected Veduram Bhusal as the leader of the parliamentary party in the National Assembly.

The meeting is also selecting the chief whip, whip and other parliamentary council officials.
