KATHMANDU: AUGUST 27 – Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan has urged Afghans not to be killed as blood is being spilled in Kabul.

He called for an end to the killing of Afghans, saying the country was in turmoil after the Taliban seized power.

The bomber struck shortly afternoon in front of Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport.

After the blast, cricketer Rashid wrote on Twitter: “Kabul is bleeding again. Stop Killing Afghan Please.’
