Champions League draw: PSG and Manchester City in the same group
KATHMANDU: AUGUST 27 – The draw for Europe’s most prestigious football competition, the Champions League, has been made public. Where English club Manchester City and French claimant Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are in the same group ‘A’.
Former champions Chelsea will face Italian club Juventus in Group H of the Champions League 2021-22 draw announced by UEFA on Thursday. Spanish giants Barcelona and German champions Bayern Munich are also competing in the same group.
Manchester United are in a relatively comfortable group. He will compete in Group F with Villarreal, Atlanta and the Young Boys. Another contender, English club Liverpool, is competing in Group B with Atletico Madrid, FC Porto and AC Milan. This group is seen as the Group of Death.
Spanish club Real Madrid will play against some comfortable rivals in Group D. Real will face Italian champions Inter Milan in the group stage, Shakhtar Donetsk and Sheriff Tiraspol for the first time in the Champions League.
