UML called a central committee meeting

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 26 – CPN-UML has called a central committee meeting. The meeting was convened at the party office secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang’s residence at Tulsilal Pratishthan Bhawan at 12 noon.

UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has registered a new party under his chairmanship. The party has registered with the Election Commission on Wednesday and received the certificate. For the first time since the party split, a central committee meeting is being held today.

UML has convened a central committee meeting to discuss current political developments and various issues of the party. Earlier, the UML had decided to implement the 10-point agreement by holding a standing committee meeting.
