Identification of 29 UML MPs and 55 central members in the new party [With list]

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 25 – A total of 29 UML MPs and 55 central members have been identified in favour of splitting from the CPN-UML and forming the CPN Unified Socialist Party.
According to the Election Commission, 29 MPs and 55 central members of the National Assembly and the House of Representatives signed the agreement on Wednesday.
The commission had called today to identify the leaders of Madhav Kumar Nepal’s party.
Leaders from Nepal had been staying at the Chandragiri Hills resort since last Monday. Today, they have gone directly to the Election Commission from Chandragiri.
