Nepal and Thakur’s party identities: The ‘line’ of MPs and central members is different
KATHMANDU: AUGUST 25 – CPN (UML) and People’s Socialist Party (JSP) have split and applied to the Election Commission for party registration the Election Commission is identifying the CPN (Unified Socialist) and Socialist Democratic Party (LOSAPA) for registration today (Wednesday).
The commission has asked to be present in a person from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm for identification. While the Nepal group has already left Chandragiri for the Election Commission, the Thakur group is gathering at the party office.

For identification, the commission has made arrangements to keep the ‘line’ of MPs and central members of both parties different. Spokesperson of the commission Raj Kumar Shrestha informed Makalu Khabar that separate ‘lines’ have been set up for the identification of the central members of both the parties and the identities of the members of the federal parliament.
The number of security personnel in the Election Commission has been increased along with the presence of leaders for identification. Both the parties had earlier applied for party registration last Friday.
