Directed to conduct class 12 examination as soon as possible
KATHMANDU: AUGUST 24 – The Education and Health Committee of the House of Representatives has directed the government to conduct the Class 12 examination as soon as possible.
After discussions with the stakeholders on Tuesday, the committee has directed to conduct the examination as soon as possible. Jaipuri Gharti, a chairperson of the committee, informed that the meeting asked the students to get vaccinated as soon as possible and take the exam according to the pre-determined model and preparation
The National Examination Board (NEB) has set up a home center where students can sit for the examination in the same school where they are studying and is preparing to conduct the examination by setting up sub-centers in the centers with more than 200 candidates.
However, due to the increase in coronavirus infection, the examination was postponed after the CCMC recommended not to conduct the examination immediately. The examination was scheduled to be held from 15 August.
