Prohibitory order has been extended for another week in Valley

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 24 – In Kathmandu Valley, the prohibitory order has been extended for another week. Under the new prohibitory order, which will come into force on August 25, vehicles will be allowed to drive after 8 pm.
In the previous prohibitory order, vehicles were not allowed to drive after 8 pm except for urgent work. The decision was taken at a meeting of the chief district officers of the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley held on Tuesday.
The Kathmandu Administration Office has stated that all kinds of gatherings, conferences, party palaces, cinema halls, dance bars, rehearsals, dance halls, clubs, swimming pools, entertainment venues, museums, sports with spectators in stadiums and other crowded events cannot be conducted.
Similarly, it has been stated that people are not allowed to gather in crowded places, gather crowds, gatherings, processions, festivals, banquets, etc.
The Kathmandu administration has also stated that it is not allowed to conduct other religious and cultural activities apart from the daily worship of priests.
