127 Nepalis return home from Kabul [Photos]

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 17 – A total of 127 Nepalis, including a woman rescued by the US from Kabul, Afghanistan, have returned home. They arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport at 10.30 am on a US charter flight.
The United States had rescued 385 Nepalis from the US embassy in Doha, Qatar. Of them, 127 have arrived in Nepal. They were brought from a Jazeera Airways plane. The Nepal Army has taken care of the Nepalis coming from abroad under the procedure of keeping them.
Preparations have been made to keep them in the holding center or quarantine after the health examination. The conflict has erupted in Afghanistan since the announcement of the withdrawal of US troops. There are still many Nepalis waiting for rescue.
