Slight rise in share market, turnover of nearly Rs 16 billion

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 16 – Share market NEPSE has increased slightly on Monday. On the same day, the NEPSE index increased by 5.72 points and reached 3160.06 points.

A total of 286,17,805 shares of 227 companies have been bought and sold at a price of Rs 15.93 billion 8 million 97 thousand 938 rupees on this day.

Shares of Corporate Development Bank, Khani Khola Hydropower, National Hydropower Company Limited, Jeevan Bikas Microfinance and Ridi Hydropower Company rose 10 per cent on the day.
