Supreme’s order: Vaccinate the senior citizens, disabled at home

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 13 – The Supreme Court has ordered to provide door-to-door vaccination services to the senior citizens, the disabled, handicapped and the visually impaired and the chronically ill who cannot go to the vaccination center.
A single bench of Honourable Mr Prakash Kumar Dhungana, while hearing the writ petition of advocate Prabesh KC, passed the order on Friday. The court has issued an order to provide door-to-door vaccination service by collecting data from the ward level of the disabled, handicapped and the chronically ill and the sick.
The court has given such order regarding the implementation of the fundamental rights given by the constitution.
