Kulman was reinstated in the authority

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 11 – The government has re-appointed Kulman Ghising the executive director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). It is the second time that Ghising was re-appointed to the NEA executive director.

Ghising has been re-appointed as the executive director of NEA for the second time. Earlier, Ghising had retired from NEA on 13 September 2020 after completing his first four-year term.

The government has brought him to NEA for the second time due to his skill in managing NEA in the first term.

NEA employees have welcomed Kulman at the inauguration program.
