Tarun Dal in COVID-19 Prevention, Letter to run awareness campaign across the country

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 11 – Nepal Tarun Dal has issued a letter to launch an awareness campaign across the country as the COVID-19 infection is on the rise. Chairman Jit Jung Basnet has issued a letter instructing all the district committees to launch an awareness campaign against COVID-19.

The letter also says to facilitate the local administration from possible epidemics. ‘The COVID-19, which has spread like a global epidemic, has put the entire world community in a difficult position. According to health experts, the third variant of COVID-19 is likely to appear in Nepal as well, ‘the letter further said, ‘In such a situation, it is very important to prepare in advance to prevent damage to other areas, including humanitarian, as in the previous variant. Therefore, in order to avoid possible epidemics, this letter is issued to the district chairpersons to facilitate the local administration. ‘

It has been directed to run a campaign to use masks in all the districts and spread awareness among the people with incentives for vaccination against COVID-19. Similarly, it has been stated in the facilitation circular with the concerned agencies to help the target groups who have not been able to reach the vaccination center and to make the vaccination center systematic and comfortable.
