Prohibitory order extended for another week in Kathmandu Valley
KATHMANDU: AUGUST 3 – The prohibitory order issued in Kathmandu Valley has been extended for another week. The prohibitory order on coronavirus has been extended for another week.
The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has issued an order on Tuesday stating that the prohibitory order has been extended till midnight on August 11.
A joint meeting of the heads of administrations of the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu-Lalitpur and Bhaktapur) has decided to extend the prohibitory order till August 11.
The decision of the Government of Nepal (Council of Ministers) regarding the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, using the authority given under Section 4 of the COVID-19 Sat Management Ordinance, 2078 BS and Sub-section 3 of Section 6 of the Local Administration Act, 2028 BS. It is stated in the information issued by the added Kathmandu administration.
