Demonstration in front of Indian Embassy against Darchula incident [Photos]

KATHMANDU: AUGUST 2 – Akhil Krantikari, a student organization close to the CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) led by Mohan Vaidya, staged a protest in front of the Indian Embassy in Lainchaur on Monday.

Akhil had protested against the Indian government on Monday in front of the embassy over the disappearance of Nepali citizen Jaisingh Dhami when the Indian Security Force SSB cut off the Tuin’s rope.

Protesters have demanded that the real culprit should be punished to the fullest extent saying that Jaisingh Dhami has gone missing. They also chanted slogans calling for an end to border encroachment. Children were also asked to carry flags during the demonstration.
