Fonepay’s ‘Gifts at QR, 100,000 every day’ plan made public
KATHMANDU: JULY 29 – ‘Fonepay’ has launched a gift scheme for its merchants, ‘Gifts at QR, 100,000 per day. The company said the scheme was launched to encourage entrepreneurs across the country to make digital payments.
The scheme will cover all the small and big businesses that have joined and want to join the Fonepay network and will be operational for three months from July 28.
In this scheme, the merchant who pays every day through QR can win one lakh rupees every day, the company said.
To participate in this scheme, one has to be registered in the Fonepay business and to participate in the gift scheme, one has to take daily payment through PhonePay.
To join Fonepay Business, you can download the Fonepay Business app and register yourself through your business PAN number. It will also be possible to become a merchant through nearby banks and financial institutions and digital wallet companies.
The company has stated that all the businessmen who trade every day from 12 am to 11:59 pm will participate in this scheme. The winners of the scheme will be selected through a lucky draw and the winner will be announced every day at 5 pm through Facebook Live of Fonepay Business, the company said.
