NEPSE rose 29 points, with a turnover of over Rs 15 billion

KATHMANDU: JULY 27 – The stock market index (NEPSE) rose by 29.24 points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

By the end of the day, the NEPSE index had risen 0.96 per cent to 3,079.67 points. The Sensitive Index rose 3.19 points to 574.30.

Of the 13 subgroups that traded in 100 days, only nine subgroups increased while the other four subgroups declined.

Similarly, 32,355,260 shares of 225 companies have been bought and sold worth Rs 15.17 billion 651 thousand 643 rupees.

Similarly, shares of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited, United Modi Hydropower Limited, Joshi Hydropower Development Company, Synergy Power Development Limited, Khani Khola Hydropower Company, Multipurpose Finance Company Limited and Nepal Hydro Development Company Limited have risen by 10 per cent.
