Huge explosion heard in Germany’s western Leverkusen

BERLIN: JULY 27 – A huge explosion was heard in Germany’s western city of Leverkusen on Tuesday, local media WDR reported.

Witnesses saw a column of smoke rising near the plant of Bayer, one of the country’s largest chemical companies.
