Prof Dr Subedi announces to support Law Campus
KATHMANDU: JULY 23 – Professor Dr Surya Prasad Subedi who has been involved in the teaching of international law and human rights in the UK for the past 30 years has announced to provide books and monetary assistance to Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University (TU).
Besides the academic collection which also includes his personal publications, he promised to assist one million rupees to the TU campus.
Subedi who had topped the Master’s degree of his batch from the UK-based University of Hull with distinction had acquired the PhD and D. Lit. from the Oxford University, said he would be sending the academic materials to Nepal at personal expense.
The monetary assistance would be deposited in the fixed account of the campus and its interest will be spent to increase the size of the campus library.
