Drowned in river

NAWALPUR: JULY 23 – A person has gone missing after drowning while swimming in Binayi Tribeni Village Municipality of Nawalparasi (east of Bardaghat-Susta). Himal Lamka Magar, 16, went missing after drowning while swimming in the Bhaisi Khola (Buffalo River) in Ward No. 5 on Thursday afternoon.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dilip Kumar Giri informed that the Magar drowned while swimming in the dam of the local Bhaisi Khola while returning from the funeral. The search operation is underway with the help of the police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Dumkibas.
