UML central committee meeting also today
KATHMANDU: JULY 21 – CPN-UML Central Committee meeting is still being held today. The Central Committee meeting, which started on Monday at the Tulsilal Foundation building in Chayasal, will continue today.
Earlier, the Central Committee meeting held on Tuesday and Monday approved the 10-point recommendation of the task force formed to resolve the dispute in the CPN-UML. Spokesperson Pradeep Kumar Gyawali also informed that they have decided to unite within the party until the last moment.
On Monday, the meeting was held to ask the parliamentarians who had given a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba for clarification. However, the Madhav Kumar Nepal group leaders have said that a letter of explanation was not received within 24 hours.
At a meeting of the party’s central committee on Tuesday, party chairman KP Sharma Oli reviewed the situation in various states.
