The village has been sealed for a week after the infection did not subside
BAITADI: JULY 12 – A village in Baitadi has been sealed off for a week after the corona infection did not subside. Chadepani village of Dogadakedar Village Municipality-7 of the district has been sealed for one more week.
On Monday, the municipality issued a notice stating that Chadepani will be sealed till July 18 as 35 people are actively infected with Corona in the same village. Earlier, the village was sealed from July 4 to July 11.
As the number of infected people in the village has not decreased, a meeting of the Disaster Management Committee held on Sunday decided to seal the village, said Narendra Nath, head of the health branch of the village municipality.
The traffic in the village has been closed since last July 4. The village municipality has stated that the scope of the corona test has been increased in the village.
