Ronaldo to win Euro 2020 Golden Boot

KATHMANDU: JULY 12 – Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo has won the Euro Cup Golden Boot. Ronaldo, who has scored five goals, has won the Euro Cup Golden Boot, behind Patrik Schick of the Czech Republic, who scored five goals.

Despite equalizing, Ronaldo assisted on a goal to beat Schick to win the Golden Boot. At Euro 2020, Karim Benzema of France, Romelu Lukaku of Belgium, Harry Kane of England, and Emil Forsberg of Sweden scored 4-4.

A total of 142 goals were scored in 51 matches of the tournament out of which 11 goals were suicide goals. Accordingly, they have scored an average of 2.78 goals per game. Ronaldo is leading the way with 14 goals so far in the history of the Euro Cup.
