Argentina beats Colombia in tiebreaker

KATHMANDU: JULY 7 – Argentina enters the Copa America final. Argentina reached the final by defeating Colombia 3-2 in a tiebreaker in the semi-final.

Colombia’s Yerry Mina, Edwin Cardona, and Davinson Sánchez missed penalties. Rodrigo De Paul from Argentina also missed a penalty. The match was decided by a tiebreaker after both teams were tied 1-1 in the allotted 90 minutes.

Earlier, Lautaro Martinez scored for Argentina in the 90th minute and Luis Diaz for Colombia in the 61st minute.

Argentina will now play with Brazil in the final. The final game will be played on Saturday morning according to Nepali time.
