Preparations have been completed to provide quality service using the latest equipment and technologies that have been practiced in the world recently. Sharma informed. The center also has a lab with pre-genetic diagnosis services to diagnose hereditary diseases. So far, no pre-genetic diagnosis service is available at any IVF center in Nepal.
Pre-genetic diagnosis identifies the condition of a healthy embryo and impregnates it. Due to this, it will help to eliminate the risk of various hereditary diseases in the children born in the future. Dr. Sharma has been associated with various hospitals in Kathmandu for the past 15 years and has provided services to hundreds of patients suffering from gynecological and infertility problems.
The center in Norvic will have modern facilities including gynecology, obstetric services as well as treatment services for childless couples. Due to the changed lifestyle, environmental conditions, and increasing stress, the problem of infertility is becoming worse in most women.
Studies have also shown that infertility in women is due to advancing age, late marriage, smoking and alcohol use, sexually transmitted diseases, uterine infections, unsafe abortions, excessive intake of anti-menstrual drugs, long-term use of temporary contraceptives, obesity, diabetes, and thyroid problems.
