Manakamana Smart Microfinance IPO open

KATHMANDU: JULY 1 – Manakamana Smart Microfinance has launched IPO (primary share issue) from Thursday.

The company has issued ordinary shares worth Rs 38.9 million. Out of this, 363,492 (32.11 percent) shares have been allotted for the general public, 6,058 shares for employees, and 19,450 shares for collective investment funds.

One can apply for a minimum of 10 lots and a maximum of 1,000 lots in the shares of a company with a face value of Rs 100 per share.

It is stated that the shares of the company can be filled up till July 5.
