Argentina tops after beating Uruguay

KATHMANDU: JUNE 19 – Argentina, the title contenders in the Copa America, have won their first group stage match. Argentina beat another title contender, Uruguay, 1-0.

Guido Rodriguez’s goal in the 13th minute of Argentina’s victory was the decisive goal of the game. This is Argentina’s first victory in the second match of the ongoing Copa. Argentina had earlier drawn 11 with Chile in the first game. Uruguay played their first game.
